Greek-English Concordance for μισθωτός

Mark 1:20 And immediately he called them, and they left their father their Zebedee in the boat with the hired (misthōtōn | μισθωτῶν | gen pl masc) men and followed him.
John 10:12 The hired (misthōtos | μισθωτός | nom sg masc) hand, since he is not a shepherd and the sheep do not belong to him, sees a wolf coming and abandons the sheep and runs away — and the wolf attacks the flock and scatters them.
John 10:13 He does this because he is simply a hired (misthōtos | μισθωτός | nom sg masc) hand and has no real concern for the sheep.
