2 Peter 1:4 by means of which he has freely given to us his precious and splendid promises (epangelmata | ἐπαγγέλματα | acc pl neut), so that through them you may escape the corruption that is in the world caused by sinful desire and become partakers of the divine nature.
2 Peter 3:13 But according to his promise (epangelma | ἐπάγγελμα | acc sg neut) we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness will be at home.
