And when they had seen him, they made it known concerning the message that had been spoken to them about this child (paidiou | παιδίου | gen sg neut).

And the child (paidion | παιδίον | nom sg neut) grew and became strong in spirit, and he was in wilderness areas until the day of his public appearance to Israel.

And you, child (paidion | παιδίον | voc sg neut), will be called prophet of the Most High; for you will go before the Lord to prepare his ways,

All who heard took these things to their heart, saying, “What, then, will this child (paidion | παιδίον | nom sg neut) be?” For the hand of the Lord was with him.

On the eighth day they came to circumcise the child (paidion | παιδίον | acc sg neut), and they wanted to call him by the name of his father, Zechariah.

I tell you the truth, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a child (paidion | παιδίον | nom sg neut) will never enter it.”

But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children (paidia | παιδία | acc pl neut) come to me. Do not prevent them, for of such is the kingdom of God.

And people were bringing to him children (paidia | παιδία | acc pl neut) so that he could touch them, but his disciples rebuked them.

“Whoever receives one of these children (paidiōn | παιδίων | gen pl neut) in my name, receives me; and whoever receives me, receives not me but the one who sent me.”

And taking a child (paidion | παιδίον | acc sg neut), he put him in the midst of them, and taking him in his arms, he said to them,
