I answered this "He will prepare which way for you" - but if it was a question, how come there was no semi-colon to let me know how to translate it?

"...who will prepare your way..."

It isnt a question, but rather a fragment of a larger sentence or thought. Relative pronouns are not interrogatives; that would be 'tis'. 

Additionally, sou is gen/sing, thus making it 'your'.
