Online Classes and Lectures

If you have purchased access to the lectures online, here is how you access them.

1. Go to the home page of Teknia.com and log in to your user account.

2. Click on "ONLINE CLASSES" in the menu bar.

3. Click on "New Testament Greek (Track One)"

The sound files are quite large, and some people have had troubes getting them to decompress without corruption in Windows. This is the fault of the decompression software they are using.

Many people have had trouble with the decompression software that is part of Windows. And others have also had trouble with Winzip, although it generally is very reliable.

There have been two free programs that have always worked on Windows.

Go to your account by clicking on Login in the upper right corner of the screen.

Enter you name and password. If you don't remember your password, click the Request new password link

Once you are logged in, click on your name.

There is some confusion about the Summary Lectures and the full lectures. Here are the differences.

All the resources are generally in the appropriate chapter in the online class. This is no exception.

• Click on "Greek Classes" in the upper right corner.
• Click on the New Testament Greek class (either one will do).
• Go to Chapter 4. Punctuation and Syllabification.
• Scroll down to the section entitled Exercises.
• Click on Hear Bill read the exercise for Chapter 4.

Downloaded products

If you elect to download the class lectures, understand that the files are quite large. There are two downloads for Greek, two for Van Pelt, and three for Pratico. If you have problems downloading such large files and need to restart your download, you can always do this by clicking on "My account" to the left. When you are done downloading you will need to unzip them (i.e., decompress them). Here are the file names and sizes:

There are several different sets of Greek lectures on the website.

1. The lectures on Greek for the Rest of Us are free.
2. The Summary Lectures cover the basics of each chapter in Basics of Biblical Greek. They are free, and you can watch them in the online class.
3. The full lectures cover everything in Basics of Biblical Greek in depth. They are free up through Chapter 6, and the rest are for purchase.
