men who have risked their lives (psychas | ψυχάς | acc pl fem) for the sake of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Since we have heard that some from among us have gone out and troubled you with their words, unsettling your minds (psychas | ψυχάς | acc pl fem) — we had given them no such instructions —

strengthening the souls (psychas | ψυχάς | acc pl fem) of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, “It is through many tribulations that we must enter the kingdom of God.”

But the Jews who did not believe stirred up and embittered the minds (psychas | ψυχάς | acc pl fem) of the Gentiles against their brothers.

Then Joseph sent and summoned Jacob his father and all his relatives, seventy-five persons (psychais | ψυχαῖς | dat pl fem).

Now the whole group of those who believed were of one heart and soul (psychē | ψυχή | nom sg fem), and not even one said that anything that belonged to him was his own, but everything was common property for them.

And it will be that every soul (psychē | ψυχή | nom sg fem) who does not obey that prophet will be destroyed from among the people.’

Fear came upon every soul (psychē | ψυχῇ | dat sg fem), and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles.

So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added on that day about three thousand souls (psychai | ψυχαί | nom pl fem).

For you will not abandon my soul (psychēn | ψυχήν | acc sg fem) to Hades, or allow your Holy One to see corruption.
