Now there were some Greeks among those who went up to worship (proskynēsōsin | προσκυνήσωσιν | aor act subj 3 pl) at the festival.

Then the man said, “I believe, Lord,” and he bowed (prosekynēsen | προσεκύνησεν | aor act ind 3 sg) in reverence before him.

God is spirit, and those who worship (proskynountas | προσκυνοῦντας | pres act ptcp acc pl masc) him must worship (proskynein | προσκυνεῖν | pres act inf ) in spirit and in truth.”

But the hour is coming, and is here already, when true worshipers will worship (proskynēsousin | προσκυνήσουσιν | fut act ind 3 pl) the Father in spirit and in truth; for indeed the Father is seeking just such people to be his worshipers (proskynountas | προσκυνοῦντας | pres act ptcp acc pl masc).

You Samaritans worship (proskyneite | προσκυνεῖτε | pres act ind 2 pl) what you do not know; we worship (proskynoumen | προσκυνοῦμεν | pres act ind 1 pl) what we know, because salvation is from the Jews.

Jesus said to her, “Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when you (proskynēsete | προσκυνήσετε | fut act ind 2 pl) will (proskynēsete | προσκυνήσετε | fut act ind 2 pl) worship (proskynēsete | προσκυνήσετε | fut act ind 2 pl) the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.

Our fathers worshiped (prosekynēsan | προσεκύνησαν | aor act ind 3 pl) on this mountain, but you Jews say that the place where people should worship (proskynein | προσκυνεῖν | pres act inf ) is in Jerusalem.”

And they worshiped (proskynēsantes | προσκυνήσαντες | aor act ptcp nom pl masc) him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

But Jesus answered, him, “It is written, ‘You (proskynēseis | προσκυνήσεις | fut act ind 2 sg) shall (proskynēseis | προσκυνήσεις | fut act ind 2 sg) worship (proskynēseis | προσκυνήσεις | fut act ind 2 sg) the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’”

If you then will bow down and worship (proskynēsēs | προσκυνήσῃς | aor act subj 2 sg) me, all this will be yours.”
