But the hour is coming, and is here already, when true worshipers (proskynētai | προσκυνηταί | nom pl masc) will worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for indeed the Father is seeking just such people to be his worshipers.

But he said to me, “Do not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets, and with those who keep the words of this book. Worship (proskynēson | προσκύνησον | aor act imperative 2 sg) God!”

I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship (proskynēsai | προσκυνῆσαι | aor act inf ) at the feet of the angel who was showing them to me.

And I saw thrones, and seated on them were those who had been given the authority to judge. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God. These had (prosekynēsan | προσεκύνησαν | aor act ind 3 pl) not worshiped (prosekynēsan | προσεκύνησαν | aor act ind 3 pl) the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

And the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet, who in his presence performed signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped (proskynountas | προσκυνοῦντας | pres act ptcp acc pl masc) his image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire burning with sulfur.

Then I fell down at his feet to worship (proskynēsai | προσκυνῆσαι | aor act inf ) him, but he said to me, “Do not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who hold to the testimony about Jesus. Worship (proskynēson | προσκύνησον | aor act imperative 2 sg) God! For the testimony about Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped (prosekynēsan | προσεκύνησαν | aor act ind 3 pl) God who was seated on the throne, saying, “Amen! Hallelujah!”

So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and a repulsive and malignant sore broke out on everyone who bore the mark of the beast and who worshiped (proskynountas | προσκυνοῦντας | pres act ptcp acc pl masc) his image.

Who will not fear you, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy, for all nations will come and worship (proskynēsousin | προσκυνήσουσιν | fut act ind 3 pl) before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.”

And the smoke from their torture will go up forever and ever, and those who (proskynountes | προσκυνοῦντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) worship (proskynountes | προσκυνοῦντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) the beast and his image will have no relief day or night, along with anyone who receives the mark of his name.”
