When he came and saw the grace of God, he was glad (echarē | ἐχάρη | aor pass ind 3 sg), and he began to exhort them all to remain faithful to the Lord in the purpose of their hearts,

And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more, but went on his way rejoicing (chairōn | χαίρων | pres act ptcp nom sg masc).

So then they went rejoicing (chairontes | χαίροντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) from the presence of the council, because they had been considered worthy to suffer indignity on behalf of the name.

Having said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples were filled (echarēsan | ἐχάρησαν | aor pass ind 3 pl) with joy when they saw the Lord.

Then they kept coming up to him, saying, “Hail (chaire | χαῖρε | pres act imperative 2 sg), king of the Jews!” and slapping him in the face.

So for now you have sorrow; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice (charēsetai | χαρήσεται | fut pass ind 3 sg), and no one will take your joy from you.

I tell you the solemn truth, you will weep and wail, and the world will rejoice (charēsetai | χαρήσεται | fut pass ind 3 sg); you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy.

You heard me say to you, ‘I am going away, and I will come back to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced (echarēte | ἐχάρητε | aor pass ind 2 pl), because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.

and for your sake I am glad (chairō | χαίρω | pres act ind 1 sg) that I was not there. But let us go to him.”

Abraham your father rejoiced to see my day; he saw it and was glad (echarē | ἐχάρη | aor pass ind 3 sg).
