not being devoted (prosechontes | προσέχοντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) to Jewish myths and commandments of people who are turning away from the truth.
Now the Spirit clearly says that in the last times some of the faith will apostasize by being devoted to (prosechontes | προσέχοντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,
or to devote (prosechein | προσέχειν | pres act inf ) themselves to endless myths and genealogies, endless which produce speculations produce rather than the stewardship from God which is by faith.
Watch (prosechete | προσέχετε | pres act imperative 2 pl) out for yourselves and for all the flock in which the Holy Spirit has placed you overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which he purchased with the blood of his own Son.
