Then he called (proskalesamenos | προσκαλεσάμενος | aor mid ptcp nom sg masc) two of the centurions and said, “Get ready by the third hour of the night two hundred soldiers, seventy horsemen, and two hundred spearmen to go as far as Caesarea.”

So he took him and brought him to the commanding officer and said, “The prisoner Paul called (proskalesamenos | προσκαλεσάμενος | aor mid ptcp nom sg masc) me and asked me to bring this young man to you, as he has something to say to you.”

Then Paul called (proskalesamenos | προσκαλεσάμενος | aor mid ptcp nom sg masc) one of the centurions and said, “Take this young man to the commanding officer, for he has something to report to him.”

And when Paul had seen the vision, immediately we tried to go into Macedonia, concluding that God had called (proskeklētai | προσκέκληται | perf mid ind 3 sg) us to preach the gospel to them.

who was with the proconsul Sergius Paulus, an intelligent man. This man summoned (proskalesamenos | προσκαλεσάμενος | aor mid ptcp nom sg masc) Barnabas and Saul and wanted to hear the word of God.

So the twelve called (proskalesamenoi | προσκαλεσάμενοι | aor mid ptcp nom pl masc) together the entire group of disciples and said, “It is not right for us to neglect the word of God in order to wait on tables.

so summoning (proskalesamenoi | προσκαλεσάμενοι | aor mid ptcp nom pl masc) the apostles, they beat them and ordered them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and they released them.

For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far away — as many as the Lord our God will call (proskalesētai | προσκαλέσηται | aor mid subj 3 sg) to himself.”

But Jesus called (prosekalesato | προσεκαλέσατο | aor mid ind 3 sg) them to (prosekalesato | προσεκαλέσατο | aor mid ind 3 sg) him, saying, “Let the children come to me, and do not stop them, for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.
