At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more will (seisō | σείσω | fut act ind 1 sg) I shake (seisō | σείσω | fut act ind 1 sg) not only the earth but also the heaven.”
Just then the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook (eseisthē | ἐσείσθη | aor pass ind 3 sg), and the rocks were split;
There came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a violent earthquake (seismos | σεισμός | nom sg masc) such as there had never been since man was on the earth, so violent was that earthquake (seismos | σεισμός | nom sg masc).
Then the temple of God, which is in heaven, was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple; and there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake (seismos | σεισμός | nom sg masc), and heavy hail.
