But woe to you Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and every kind of garden herb, yet disregard justice and the love (agapēn | ἀγάπην | acc sg fem) of God. These you should have done, without neglecting the others.
And they marched up on the broad plain of the earth and encircled the camp of the saints and the beloved (ēgapēmenēn | ἠγαπημένην | perf pass ptcp acc sg fem) city, but fire came down from heaven and consumed them.
