Jesus knew that they wanted to question him, so he said (eipen | εἶπεν | aor act ind 3 sg) to them, “Are you deliberating with one another about this — that I said (eipon | εἶπον | aor act ind 1 sg), ‘A little while and you will not see me, and again a little while and you will see me’?
