Indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, the ruler of the synagogue said to the crowd, “There are six days in which work ought to be done. Come (erchomenoi | ἐρχόμενοι | pres mid ptcp nom pl masc) on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day.”
