For this reason the promise is based (ek | ἐκ | prep-gen) on faith, that it may depend on grace and be made certain to all his descendants, not only to those who are under (ek | ἐκ | prep-gen) the law, but also to those who share (ek | ἐκ | prep-gen) the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.
