For this reason the promise is based on faith, that it may depend on grace and be (einai | εἶναι | pres act inf ) made certain to all his descendants, not only to those who are under the law, but also to those who share the faith of Abraham, who is (estin | ἐστιν | pres act ind 3 sg) the father of us all.
