audio for flash works 4.5

Is there a way that the audio works automatically with the flashworks program? I have everything downloaded and Flashworks and it works great, and I have the audio downloaded in a zip file  which also works but I can't figure out how to get them to work together. I have to use the audio separately. Does anyone know if this is the way it was designed or am I missing a step somewhere? Thanks for  your help and this awesome program!
