because the mind set on the flesh is hostile to God; it (hypotassetai | ὑποτάσσεται | pres pass ind 3 sg) does (hypotassetai | ὑποτάσσεται | pres pass ind 3 sg) not submit (hypotassetai | ὑποτάσσεται | pres pass ind 3 sg) to the law of God; in fact, it cannot.

However, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are (hypotassetai | ὑποτάσσεται | pres pass ind 3 sg) subject (hypotassetai | ὑποτάσσεται | pres pass ind 3 sg) to you, but rejoice that your names have been recorded in heaven.”

The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject (hypotassetai | ὑποτάσσεται | pres pass ind 3 sg) to us in your name!”

Then he went down with them and came to Nazareth and was obedient (hypotassomenos | ὑποτασσόμενος | pres pass ptcp nom sg masc) to them. And his mother treasured all that was said in her heart.

A woman should learn in quietness, in all submissiveness (hypotagē | ὑποταγῇ | dat sg fem);

but to them we did not yield in submission (hypotagē | ὑποταγῇ | dat sg fem) even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel would be preserved for you.

By their approval of this service, they glorify God for your obedience (hypotagē | ὑποταγῇ | dat sg fem) stemming from your confession in the gospel of Christ, and for the generosity of your partnership with them and with everyone.

And as he rode along, they spread (hypestrōnnyon | ὑπεστρώννυον | imperf act ind 3 pl) their cloaks on the road.
