Then Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned (hypestrepsen | ὑπέστρεψεν | aor act ind 3 sg) from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness
and had completed the days, as they were returning (hypostrephein | ὑποστρέφειν | pres act inf ), the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, and his parents did not know it.

But we are not of those who shrink back (hypostolēs | ὑποστολῆς | gen sg fem) and are lost, but are of those who are faithful and so preserve their soul.
But my righteous one will live by faithfulness. But should he shrink back (hyposteilētai | ὑποστείληται | aor mid subj 3 sg), my soul will take no pleasure in him.”
