“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine, and does them, is like the wise (phronimō | φρονίμῳ | dat sg masc) man, who built his house upon rock.
He will go on before him, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of fathers toward their children, and the disobedient to the wisdom (phronēsei | φρονήσει | dat sg fem) of the righteous, in order to establish for the Lord a people who are prepared for him.”
And God, who searches our hearts, knows the desire (phronēma | φρόνημα | nom sg neut) of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
To set the mind (phronēma | φρόνημα | nom sg neut) on the flesh leads to death, but to set the mind (phronēma | φρόνημα | nom sg neut) on the Spirit brings life and peace,
I rejoice in the Lord greatly that now at last you have revived your concern (phronein | φρονεῖν | pres act inf ) for me. Indeed, you (ephroneite | ἐφρονεῖτε | imperf act ind 2 pl) were (ephroneite | ἐφρονεῖτε | imperf act ind 2 pl) concerned (ephroneite | ἐφρονεῖτε | imperf act ind 2 pl) before, but you had no opportunity.
Their end is destruction, their god is the belly, and they glory in their shame. Their minds (phronountes | φρονοῦντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) are (phronountes | φρονοῦντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) set (phronountes | φρονοῦντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) on (phronountes | φρονοῦντες | pres act ptcp nom pl masc) earthly things.
