And though Herod wanted to put him to death, he feared the people (ochlon | ὄχλον | acc sg masc) because they considered him to be a prophet.

Then he left the crowds (ochlous | ὄχλους | acc pl masc) and went into the house. And his disciples came to him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.”

All these things Jesus spoke to the crowds (ochlois | ὄχλοις | dat pl masc) in parables, and without a parable he told them nothing;

And great crowds (ochloi | ὄχλοι | nom pl masc) gathered around him so that he got into a boat and sat down, and all the crowd (ochlos | ὄχλος | nom sg masc) stood on the beach.

While he was still speaking to the people (ochlois | ὄχλοις | dat pl masc), his mother and his brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him.

And all the crowds (ochloi | ὄχλοι | nom pl masc) were astonished and were saying, “Could this be the Son of David?”

But Jesus, aware of this, withdrew from there. And large crowds (ochloi | ὄχλοι | nom pl masc) followed him, and he healed them all.

As they went away, Jesus began to speak to the crowds (ochlois | ὄχλοις | dat pl masc) about John: “What did you go out into the wilderness to look at? A reed shaken by the wind?

And when he saw the crowds (ochlous | ὄχλους | acc pl masc), he had compassion on them, because they were distressed and dejected, like sheep without a shepherd.

And when the demon had been driven out, the man who had been mute began to speak. The crowds (ochloi | ὄχλοι | nom pl masc) were amazed and said, “Never has anything like this been seen in Israel.”
