“Why do (parabainousin | παραβαίνουσιν | pres act ind 3 pl) your disciples break (parabainousin | παραβαίνουσιν | pres act ind 3 pl) the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”
I counsel you to buy from (par | παρ᾿ | prep-gen) me gold refined by fire so you can be rich; and white garments to clothe yourself so your shameful nakedness will not be exposed; and salve to put on your eyes so you can see!
I know where you live, where Satan has his throne. Yet you are holding fast to my name, and you did not deny your faith in me even in the days of Antipas my faithful witness, who was put to death in (par | παρ᾿ | prep-dat) your city where Satan lives.
