And he came and preached the good news of peace to you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) who were far off and of peace to those who were near;

But now in Christ Jesus you (hymeis | ὑμεῖς | nom pl 2nd) who were at that time far away have come near through the blood of Christ.

So remember that at one time you (hymeis | ὑμεῖς | nom pl 2nd) Gentiles in the flesh, called the uncircumcision by those called the circumcision — made in the flesh by hands —

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not of yourselves (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd), it is the gift of God;

And you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) were dead by reason of your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) trespasses and sins,

I pray that, with the eyes of your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) heart enlightened, you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) may comprehend the hope to which he has called you, what are the rich benefits of his glorious inheritance among the saints,

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) a spirit of wisdom and revelation by coming to know more of him.

I do not cease giving thanks for you (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd), making mention of you in my prayers,

For this reason, having heard about your (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) faith in the Lord Jesus and the love you extend to all the saints,
