So, convinced of this, I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) for your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) progress and joy in the faith,

yet for your (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) sake it is better that I remain in the flesh.

For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

Now I want you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has turned out to advance the gospel even more,

so that you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) may determine what is essential, and so be pure and without blame on the day of Christ,

And this I pray, that your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment,

For God is my witness that I long for all of you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) with the affection of Christ Jesus.

It is right for me to feel this way about all of you (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd), because I have you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) in my heart, since both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you (hymas | ὑμᾶς | acc pl 2nd) all share with me in the grace of God.

For I am confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you (hymin | ὑμῖν | dat pl 2nd) will bring it to completion at the day of Christ Jesus.

because of your (hymōn | ὑμῶν | gen pl 2nd) partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.
