But the others said, “Wait, let us see whether Elijah will come to save (sōsōn | σώσων | fut act ptcp nom sg masc) him.”

“He (esōsen | ἔσωσεν | aor act ind 3 sg) saved (esōsen | ἔσωσεν | aor act ind 3 sg) others, but he cannot save (sōsai | σῶσαι | aor act inf ) himself! He is the king of Israel! Let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe in him!

and saying, “You who would destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save (sōson | σῶσον | aor act imperative 2 sg) yourself! If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross!”

And unless those days were shortened, no human being would survive (esōthē | ἐσώθη | aor pass ind 3 sg). But for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.

But the one who endures to the end will be saved (sōthēsetai | σωθήσεται | fut pass ind 3 sg).

When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astounded and said, “Who then can be saved?” (sōthēnai | σωθῆναι | aor pass inf )

For whoever resolves to (sōsai | σῶσαι | aor act inf ) save (sōsai | σῶσαι | aor act inf ) his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

But when he realized that the wind was blustery, he became afraid; and starting to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save (sōson | σῶσον | aor act imperative 2 sg) me!”

And you will be hated by all on account of my name. But the one who endures to the end, this one will be saved (sōthēsetai | σωθήσεται | fut pass ind 3 sg).

And when Jesus turned and saw her, he said, “Take courage, my daughter; your faith has made (sesōken | σέσωκεν | perf act ind 3 sg) you well.” (sesōken | σέσωκεν | perf act ind 3 sg) And the woman was healed (esōthē | ἐσώθη | aor pass ind 3 sg) at once.
