For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world might be saved (sōthē | σωθῇ | aor pass subj 3 sg) through him.

One of the criminals hanging there kept deriding him, saying, “Are you not the Messiah? Save (sōson | σῶσον | aor act imperative 2 sg) yourself and us!”

and saying, “If you are the king of the Jews, save (sōson | σῶσον | aor act imperative 2 sg) yourself!”

The people stood by, watching. The rulers scoffed at him, saying, “He (esōsen | ἔσωσεν | aor act ind 3 sg) saved (esōsen | ἔσωσεν | aor act ind 3 sg) others; let him save (sōsatō | σωσάτω | aor act imperative 3 sg) himself, if he is the Christ of God, the Chosen One!”
