I appeal you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies (sōmata | σώματα | acc pl neut) as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God — this is a reasonable act of worship for you.
And not only this, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we eagerly await our adoption, the redemption of our bodies (sōmatos | σώματος | gen sg neut).
for if you live according to the flesh, you will certainly die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body (sōmatos | σώματος | gen sg neut), you will live.
But if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the one who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies (sōmata | σώματα | acc pl neut) through his Spirit who lives in you.
So then, my brothers, you also have died to the law through the body (sōmatos | σώματος | gen sg neut) of Christ that you might belong to another, to the one who was raised from the dead, so that we might bear fruit for God.
We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that the body (sōma | σῶμα | nom sg neut) of sin would be rendered powerless, so that we would no longer be enslaved by sin;
