and if anyone should take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share from the tree of life and from the holy (hagias | ἁγίας | gen sg fem) city, which are described in this book.
Let the evildoer continue to do evil, and the filthy be filthy still; let the righteous continue to act righteously, and the holy (hagios | ἅγιος | nom sg masc) be holy still.”
And he carried me away in the spirit up onto a great, lofty mountain, and showed me the holy (hagian | ἁγίαν | acc sg fem) city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God.
And I saw the holy (hagian | ἁγίαν | acc sg fem) city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.
And they marched up on the broad plain of the earth and encircled the camp of the saints (hagiōn | ἁγίων | gen pl masc) and the beloved city, but fire came down from heaven and consumed them.
Blessed and holy (hagios | ἅγιος | nom sg masc) is the one who has a part in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.
To her it has been granted to be clothed in fine linen, bright and clean” — for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints (hagiōn | ἁγίων | gen pl masc).
Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you saints (hagioi | ἅγιοι | voc pl masc) and apostles and prophets, for God has pronounced judgment for you against her!”
And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints (hagiōn | ἁγίων | gen pl masc), the blood of those who bore witness to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astounded.
