They were told not to harm (adikēsousin | ἀδικήσουσιν | fut act ind 3 pl) the grass of the earth or any green plant or any tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
saying, “Do (adikēsēte | ἀδικήσητε | aor act subj 2 pl) not harm (adikēsēte | ἀδικήσητε | aor act subj 2 pl) the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.”
Then I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, with the seal of the living God. And he called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm (adikēsai | ἀδικῆσαι | aor act inf ) the earth and the sea,
And I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius, but do (adikēsēs | ἀδικήσῃς | aor act subj 2 sg) not harm (adikēsēs | ἀδικήσῃς | aor act subj 2 sg) the oil and the wine!”
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches. The one who conquers will (adikēthē | ἀδικηθῇ | aor pass subj 3 sg) not be harmed (adikēthē | ἀδικηθῇ | aor pass subj 3 sg) by the second death.
suffering harm (adikoumenoi | ἀδικούμενοι | pres pass ptcp nom pl masc) as the reward for the harm they have done. They consider indulgence in the daytime a pleasure. They are spots and blemishes, reveling in their deceitful pleasures while they feast with you.
But the But one who does wrong (adikōn | ἀδικῶν | pres act ptcp nom sg masc) will be paid back for his wrong (ēdikēsen | ἠδίκησεν | aor act ind 3 sg), and there is no favoritism.
Become as I am, because I have become as you are; I plead with you, brothers. You (ēdikēsate | ἠδικήσατε | aor act ind 2 pl) have (ēdikēsate | ἠδικήσατε | aor act ind 2 pl) done (ēdikēsate | ἠδικήσατε | aor act ind 2 pl) me no wrong (ēdikēsate | ἠδικήσατε | aor act ind 2 pl).
