Forsaking the right way, they have gone astray, following the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the reward of wrongdoing (adikias | ἀδικίας | gen sg fem).
suffering harm as the reward for the harm (adikias | ἀδικίας | gen sg fem) they have done. They consider indulgence in the daytime a pleasure. They are spots and blemishes, reveling in their deceitful pleasures while they feast with you.
And the tongue is a fire! The tongue is a world of iniquity (adikias | ἀδικίας | gen sg fem) among our members; it defiles the whole body, sets on fire the course of our life, and is set on fire by hell.
Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands firm, having this seal, “The Lord knew those who were his,” and, “Let everyone naming the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.” (adikias | ἀδικίας | gen sg fem)
and with every kind of wicked (adikias | ἀδικίας | gen sg fem) deception for those who are perishing, because they did not accept the love of the truth so as to be saved.
