Download problems

If you click a link to download a file, and something else happens, then here is how to fix the problem. Basically, you have to tell your browser what you want it to do. You do this by right clicking (control-click on a Mac) the link and choose the option to download the file.

Internet Explorer

FireFox

Chrome

Safari

Apparently, if you hold down the Option button when clicking, it will also download the file.
