But Jesus remained silent. Then the high priest said to him, “I put you under oath by the living God, tell us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st) if you are the Messiah, the Son of God.”
But the wise answered, saying, ‘Perhaps there will not be enough for both us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st) and you, so go rather to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’
And when he was seated on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st), when are these things to take place, and what will be the sign of your coming and the consummation of the age?”
and you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) fathers, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’
Now there were seven brothers among us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st); the first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother.
Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘A stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord’s doing, and it is amazing in our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) eyes’?
