And he commanded us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st) to preach to the people and to testify that this is he who is appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead.
not to all the people but to witnesses who had been previously chosen by God, to us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st), who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.
And we (hēmeis | ἡμεῖς | nom pl 1st) are witnesses of all that he did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem, whom also they put to death by hanging him on a tree.

He is the one who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) fathers, and he received living oracles to give to us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st).
