He called them together with workmen in similar trades, and said, “Men, you know that from this trade prosperity comes to us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st).
that they should seek God, if perhaps that they might grope for him and find him, though indeed he is not far from each one of us (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st).
But Paul said to them, “They have beaten us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st) publicly, uncondemned, men who are Roman citizens, and have thrown us into prison; and now would they send us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st) away in secret? No indeed! They themselves must come and escort us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st) out.”
She followed after Paul and us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st), crying out, saying, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to you the way of salvation.”
Now as we (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) were going to the place of prayer, a slave girl who had a spirit of divination, met us (hēmin | ἡμῖν | dat pl 1st). She brought great profit to her masters by fortune-telling.
And when she was baptized, and her household as well, she urged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come to my house and stay.” And she prevailed upon us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st).
And when Paul had seen the vision, immediately we tried to go into Macedonia, concluding that God had called us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st) to preach the gospel to them.
