Nevertheless I am telling you the truth; it is to your advantage that I am going away. For if I do not go away, the Paraclete (paraklētos | παράκλητος | nom sg masc) will not come to you; but if I go away, I will send him to you.
“But when the Paraclete (paraklētos | παράκλητος | nom sg masc) comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who comes forth from the Father, he will bear witness about me.
But the Paraclete (paraklētos | παράκλητος | nom sg masc), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will instruct you regarding all things, and cause you to remember everything that I have told you.
And have you forgotten the word of encouragement (paraklēseōs | παρακλήσεως | gen sg fem) that speaks to you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor lose heart when corrected by him.
so that through two unchangeable facts, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge might have strong incentive (paraklēsin | παράκλησιν | acc sg fem) to hold fast to the hope set before us.
For I have derived much joy and encouragement (paraklēsin | παράκλησιν | acc sg fem) from your love, my brother, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed by you.
Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal encouragement (paraklēsin | παράκλησιν | acc sg fem) and good hope by grace,
