May the grace of our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, my brothers. Amen.

But may I never boast, except in the cross of our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

For we (hēmeis | ἡμεῖς | nom pl 1st) by the Spirit, through faith, eagerly await the righteousness for which we hope.

For freedom Christ has set us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st) free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.

But the Jerusalem above is the free woman, and she is our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) mother.

And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) hearts, who cries out “Abba! Father!”

And so it is with us (hēmeis | ἡμεῖς | nom pl 1st). While we were minors, we were enslaved to the elementary principles of the world.

Thus the law was our (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) disciplinarian until the time of Christ, so that we might be declared righteous by faith.

Christ redeemed us (hēmas | ἡμᾶς | acc pl 1st) from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (hēmōn | ἡμῶν | gen pl 1st) — for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree” —

yet we know that no one is justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ. And we (hēmeis | ἡμεῖς | nom pl 1st) have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by doing the works of the law, since no one will be justified by the works of the law.
