But he answered them, “An evil (ponēra | πονηρά | nom sg fem) and adulterous generation asks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah the prophet.

The good man brings good things out of his good treasure, and the evil (ponēros | πονηρός | nom sg masc) man brings evil (ponēra | πονηρά | acc pl neut) things (ponēra | πονηρά | acc pl neut) out of his evil (ponērou | πονηροῦ | gen sg masc) treasure.
