Now may (hagiasai | ἁγιάσαι | aor act opt 3 sg) the God of peace himself sanctify (hagiasai | ἁγιάσαι | aor act opt 3 sg) you completely, and may your spirit, soul, and body be preserved completely whole and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Otherwise your children would be defiled, but as it is, they are holy.

And for their sake I consecrate (hagiazō | ἁγιάζω | pres act ind 1 sg) myself, that they also may be consecrated (hēgiasmenoi | ἡγιασμένοι | perf pass ptcp nom pl masc) by the truth.
