Older men should be clear-minded, dignified, self-controlled (sōphronas | σώφρονας | acc pl masc), healthy in faith, in love, and in steadfastness.

but hospitable, loving what is good, self-controlled (sōphrona | σώφρονα | acc sg masc), just, holy, disciplined,

Therefore, it is necessary for an overseer to be above reproach: a man of one woman, clear-minded, self-controlled (sōphrona | σώφρονα | acc sg masc), dignified, hospitable, skilled in teaching,

but she will be saved through childbearing, if they remain in faith and love and holiness, with modesty (sōphrosynēs | σωφροσύνης | gen sg fem).
