And when (akousantes | ἀκούσαντες | aor act ptcp nom pl masc) some of the bystanders heard (akousantes | ἀκούσαντες | aor act ptcp nom pl masc) this, they said, “Listen, he is calling Elijah!”
You have heard (ēkousate | ἠκούσατε | aor act ind 2 pl) the blasphemy! What appears to be right to you?” And they all condemned him as deserving death.
“We heard (ēkousamen | ἠκούσαμεν | aor act ind 1 pl) him saying, ‘I will destroy this temple made with hands, and in three days I will build another not made with hands.’”
