Some of them thought, since Judas used to keep the money box, that Jesus had said to him, “Buy what we need (chreian | χρείαν | acc sg fem) for the festival,” or that he should give something to the poor.
Jesus said to him, “The one who has bathed has no need (chreian | χρείαν | acc sg fem) to wash, except for his feet, but is clean all over. And you men are clean, but not all of you.”
I tell you, in the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need (chreian | χρείαν | acc sg fem) of repentance.
When the crowds found out about it, they followed him. So he welcomed them, and spoke to them about the kingdom of God and cured those who had need (chreian | χρείαν | acc sg fem) of healing.
