he foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ (Christou | Χριστοῦ | gen sg masc), that he was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption.
but these are recorded so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ (christos | χριστός | nom sg masc), the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
The crowd responded, “We have heard from the law that the Christ (christos | χριστός | nom sg masc) is to remain forever; so how is it that you are saying that the Son of Man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of Man?”

Others were saying, “This man is the Christ.” (christos | χριστός | nom sg masc) But others were saying, “Surely the Christ (christos | χριστός | nom sg masc) does not come from Galilee, does he?
Yet many of the crowd believed in him, saying, “When the Christ (christos | χριστός | nom sg masc) comes, he will not perform more miraculous signs than this man has, will he?”
