and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up into the sky? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him going (poreuomenon | πορευόμενον | pres mid ptcp acc sg masc) into heaven.”
And while they were gazing into the sky, as he was going (poreuomenou | πορευομένου | pres mid ptcp gen sg masc), behold, two men stood by them in white robes,
Jesus said to her, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go (poreuou | πορεύου | pres mid imperative 2 sg) to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
I came forth from the Father and have entered into the world; now I am leaving the world and going (poreuomai | πορεύομαι | pres mid ind 1 sg) back to the Father.”
Nevertheless I am telling you the truth; it is to your advantage that I am going away. For if I do not go away, the Paraclete will not come to you; but if I go (poreuthō | πορευθῶ | aor pass subj 1 sg) away, I will send him to you.
You heard me say to you, ‘I am going away, and I will come back to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I am going (poreuomai | πορεύομαι | pres mid ind 1 sg) to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.
I tell you the solemn truth, the one who believes in me will do the works that I do; in fact, greater works than these will he do, because I am (poreuomai | πορεύομαι | pres mid ind 1 sg) going (poreuomai | πορεύομαι | pres mid ind 1 sg) to the Father.
And if I go (poreuthō | πορευθῶ | aor pass subj 1 sg) and prepare a place for you, I will come again and take you to be with me, so that where I am, there you may be also.
In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places; if that were not the case, would I have told you that I am going (poreuomai | πορεύομαι | pres mid ind 1 sg) there to prepare a place for you?
These things he said, and after that he told them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, but I am going (poreuomai | πορεύομαι | pres mid ind 1 sg) there to wake him from sleep.”
