And ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan (satanas | σατανᾶς | nom sg masc) bound for eighteen years, be released from this bondage on the day of the Sabbath?”
And if Satan (satanas | σατανᾶς | nom sg masc) also has been divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that by Beelzebul I cast out demons.
But after turning and looking at his disciples, he rebuked Peter and said, “Get behind me, Satan! (satana | σατανᾶ | voc sg masc) For you are not thinking the thoughts of God, but those of men.”
These are the ones on the path where the word is sown: whenever they hear, Satan (satanas | σατανᾶς | nom sg masc) immediately comes Satan (satanas | σατανᾶς | nom sg masc) and carries off the word that was sown in them.
So he called them together in parables: and began speaking to them in parables: “How can Satan (satanas | σατανᾶς | nom sg masc) drive out Satan (satanan | σατανᾶν | acc sg masc)?
and he was in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by Satan (satana | σατανᾶ | gen sg masc). He was there with the wild beasts, and the angels were ministering to him.
But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! (satana | σατανᾶ | voc sg masc) You are an obstacle in my way, because you are not thinking the thoughts of God but those of men.”
