You fool! What you sow (speireis | σπείρεις | pres act ind 2 sg) does not come to life unless it dies.

If we sowed (espeiramen | ἐσπείραμεν | aor act ind 1 pl) spiritual things among you, is it too much if we reap material things from you?

For in this the saying is true, ‘One sows (speirōn | σπείρων | pres act ptcp nom sg masc) and another reaps.’
