Then Simeon (Symeōn | Συμεών | nom sg masc) blessed them and said to Mary his mother, “Take note, this child is appointed for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign that will be opposed
Now there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon (Symeōn | Συμεών | nom sg masc), and this man was righteous and devout, waiting expectantly for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him.
As soon as it was morning, the ruling priests, after holding a consultation (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) with the elders and scribes and the entire council, bound Jesus, led him away, and handed him over to Pilate.
So the Pharisees went out immediately and began plotting (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) with Herodians plotting (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) began against him, as to how him. they might do away with him.
And when the priests had met with the elders and worked out a plan (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut), they gave a considerable sum of money to the soldiers
So they consulted with (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) one (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) another (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) and with the money bought the potter’s field as a place to bury foreigners.
Early in the morning, all the ruling priests and the elders of the people laid plans (symboulion | συμβούλιον | acc sg neut) against Jesus, how they might put him to death.
