Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he called with a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together (synachthēte | συνάχθητε | aor pass imperative 2 pl) for the great supper of God,

And the spirits gathered (synēgagen | συνήγαγεν | aor act ind 3 sg) the kings to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

They were demonic spirits, performing signs, who go out to the kings of the whole world to assemble (synagagein | συναγαγεῖν | aor act inf ) them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty.

When (synachthentōn | συναχθέντων | aor pass ptcp gen pl masc) you are (synachthentōn | συναχθέντων | aor pass ptcp gen pl masc) assembled (synachthentōn | συναχθέντων | aor pass ptcp gen pl masc) in the name of our Lord Jesus and I am with you in spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus,

There were a number of lamps in the upper room where we had gathered (synēgmenoi | συνηγμένοι | perf pass ptcp nom pl masc).

On the first day of the week, when we had gathered (synēgmenōn | συνηγμένων | perf pass ptcp gen pl masc) to break bread, Paul addressed them, and since he intended to leave the next day, he continued his message until midnight.

On the following Sabbath almost the whole city assembled (synēchthē | συνήχθη | aor pass ind 3 sg) together to hear the word of the Lord.
