Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy (hagiō | ἁγίῳ | dat sg neut) Spirit.
and he is divided. An unmarried woman or a virgin is concerned about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy (hagia | ἁγία | nom sg fem) both in body and spirit. But a married woman is concerned about the things of the world, how to please her husband.
For the unbelieving husband is consecrated through union with his wife, and the unbelieving wife is consecrated through union with her husband. Otherwise your children would be defiled, but as it is, they are holy (hagia | ἅγια | nom pl neut).
Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy (hagiou | ἁγίου | gen sg neut) Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God, and you are not your own?
Or do you not know that the saints (hagioi | ἅγιοι | nom pl masc) will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try minor cases?
When any of you has a legal dispute against another, how dare he go to law before heathen judges and not before the saints (hagiōn | ἁγίων | gen pl masc)?
