While they were performing their service to the Lord and fasting, the Holy (hagion | ἅγιον | nom sg neut) Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”
for he was a good man, full of the Holy (hagiou | ἁγίου | gen sg neut) Spirit and of faith. And a considerable number of people were brought to the Lord.
